WaypointGuru is a route-planning tool. It helps you create and export routes, but it does not guarantee that any route is safe, legal, accurate, available, accessible, suitable for your vehicle, or appropriate for current conditions.

Road conditions, closures, weather, private access restrictions, tolls, unpaved sections, map data quality and device behavior can all affect the outcome.

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you upload to or create in WaypointGuru, such as routes, folders, GPX files and related material ("Your Content").

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt and transmit Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and support the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload or use Your Content.

7. Intellectual property

The Website and Services, including their software, design, branding, text, graphics, logos and other materials, are owned by or licensed to WaypointGuru and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

No other rights are granted unless we say so in writing.

The Services may rely on or interoperate with third-party services, data sources or platforms. Those third parties may have their own terms, policies, service limitations or technical behavior.

We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law.
