Map Controls
Map navigation
The map occupies the full area to the right of the waypoint list.
You can:
- Pan the map
- Zoom in and out
- Tilt and rotate the map with the right mouse button
When a trip is open, the map shows the active day as the editable route and shows collapsed days as muted context overlays.
Toolbar controls
The vertical toolbar overlaid on the right side of the map gives quick access to map features.
Account button
Click the account avatar at the top of the toolbar to sign in, create an account, or view your account if you are already signed in.
Map style
Use the map style button to switch between available map styles.
Compared routes
The compared routes button shows read-only alternative routes from supported providers such as HERE and TomTom. This is useful when you want to compare how different routing engines would interpret the same set of waypoints.
Google Street View
The Street View button opens Google Street View for the selected map location.
Zoom in
Use the zoom-in button to move closer to the map.
Zoom out
Use the zoom-out button to move further out from the map.
Reset map view
The reset control restores the map to a normal north-up view without tilt or rotation.
Fit route to map
The fit-route control zooms the map to show the full route. In a trip, it fits the active day route.
